Refund Policy

1. Advertising Services

We offer two types of advertising spaces:

• Banner in Header ($99/month or $59/two weeks)
• Our Sponsors section ($49/month or $29/two weeks)

Payments are processed through Creem.io, a secure payment processor.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Before advertisement placement - full refund available
• Technical issues preventing ad display - prorated refund for affected period
• Service discontinuation - prorated refund for unused period

Once an advertisement is placed and displaying correctly, no refund will be provided for change of mind or dissatisfaction with performance.

3. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

As per EU consumer rights, I adhere to the following regulations:

Digital Content or Services: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for certain goods and services purchased online. However, by agreeing to my terms at the time of purchase, you expressly waive this right to withdraw once your ad(s) have been placed.

4. Cancellation Before Service Commencement

If you wish to cancel your order before I have placed the ad(s) on the website, please contact me immediately at [email protected]. You may be eligible for a full refund if the service has not yet commenced.

5. Issues and Discrepancies

In the event of any issues related to the performance of my service, please contact me as soon as possible at [email protected], and I will make every effort to resolve the issue.

6. Legal Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU laws.
